Logs, charts or list showing general effort (phone calls received, extra hours worked, sales volume, case load, overtime)

Awards or honors

Products showing leadership qualities (mission statements, agendas, networks

Community service projects

Records showing how your customers or clients did after receiving your services (evidence showing your impact on the lives and performance of others, such as test scores, performance improvement data or employment and promotion)
