| Used to confirm the offer of employment and
the conditions of the offer; i.e. salary, benefits, starting employment date, etc.

| Usually follows a telephone conversation which
discusses the terms of the offer. It is a good idea to have the employer send you an offer
with terms and conditions of employment to confirm what was verbally stated.
