Career Satisfaction

Seventy-five percent agreed that they were very satisfied with their career. While thirty-four percent indicated that they changed career fields, the most cited factors influencing career change was Different Career Interests (80%), Higher Income (79%), Greater Independence (73%), Dissatisfaction with Job Choice (66%), and Personal Values (66%). Dismissal from employment due to Layoff (9%), firing (4%), and Employer Cutbacks/Reorganization (26%), were the least cited reasons.
