Interviewing on campus is a great way to engage with students in their own space. Career and Professional Development Services offers a comfortable and professional setting for employers and students to connect face-to-face on campus. Interviewing on campus allows students to interview for positions with companies during times that fit with their busy schedules. Whether you are interviewing for full-time positions or professional internships, interviewing on campus provides a way to embed your organization in the student experience.
On-campus interviews offers employers the chance to spend the day hosting recruiting events and build brand awareness with students. When scheduling interviews on campus, we recommend stacking recruiting and career development events when possible. Before arriving on campus for your on-campus interview day, we invite you to inquire about scheduling tabling on one or more of ASU’s four campus locations, partnering with a student organization to hold an engaging information session the night before your interviews or holding mock interviews to meet candidates that may not have been invited to interview this time around. Since you are already going to have a presence on campus by holding on-campus interviews, make the most of your recruiting visit. Our office can help you turn a simple day of interviewing on campus into a full recruiting plan. Learn more about creating a personalized recruiting plan through Career and Professional Development Services on the ASU Digital Employer Guide.
