Researching companies to gain a better understanding of their company culture and alignment with your values is important. Whether you want to work remotely at a fortune 500 or on a team at a small start up, it is important to know your preferences up front and seek out companies who match these preferences.  Below are some helpful tips as you begin researching potential opportunities.

  • Follow them on LinkedIn
  • Google them – what comes up?
  • Talk to people who work there
  • Connect with them at career fairs or networking events
