The purpose of BeYouASU at Arizona State University is to establish a supportive environment for LGBTQIA2S+ students. This group seeks to foster an academic friendly environment and also provide a sense of community and support among its members. We also seek to advocate for the interests of LGBTQIA2S+ students and the LGBTQIA2S+ community in general, from issues related to mental health, academic issues, social issues, and political issues. LGBTQIA2S+ students face unique challenges, and we seek to unite members of the LGBTQIA2S+ community and their allies from across all of ASU’s campuses.
