She’s the First is a nonprofit organization aimed at fighting gender inequality through providing funding for girls to pursue their education in low-income countries. Here at STF at ASU, we will pursue this goal through various events, such as our Bake a Change Fundraiser. We will have meetings every 2 weeks, and on top of organizing these events to raise money, we will also have discussions about global feminism, and how it relates to current events. She’s the First is an inclusive community of people who wish to stand up and make a change within the world, starting with helping to provide girls with education.
